Glaciers café is a café and restaurant featuring handmade custard. The owner was looking to expand their brand from their current locations in Wayzata and St. Paul into Minneapolis. The client selected an existing café space that had a usable kitchen but needed substantial aesthetic updating and development of refinement of layout.

Efficiency was the name of the game in this project as the client wanted to be in the space as quickly as possible. Evoke played a central role in successfully getting them into their space in an amazing 45 days from the date of hire. This was accomplished by selecting finishes that were readily available, managing a tight permitting process, thorough daily check-ins on site dealing with every opportunity as it came to light and close teamwork with contractor and client. Not only does Glaciers café have the best custard and soup and salads in Minneapolis, the have one of the most refreshing and relaxed environments.
