Mini-Vision Package I

We understand that sometimes a company just needs to freshen up a little and evaluate how their space functions without committing to a major interior design and renovation project. Let us come in and help you create efficiencies and new energy in your current space.  For these situations we have developed a basic starter package that includes:

• (1) 2-hour consultation
• Space use/efficiency evaluation
• Color palette recommendations
• Flooring recommendations
• (1) 1-hour presentation
• Written action plan summary describing recommendations

Pricing: $0.85 per sq. ft.

Mini-Vision Package II*

Includes entire Mini-vision Package I, plus:

• Completed floor plans with (1) revision
• Complete finish specifications

Pricing: $1.75 per sq. ft.

*To accomplish the above, floor plans of your existing space are required. If you do not have adequate plans available, we are able to provide field verification as an additional service.  Every project is unique. The above costs are intended to be guidelines and should be accurate in most instances. Should the need arise we will create a customized proposal that will be provided after discussion of your specific needs and project.

Do you simply need some finish recommendations to freshen up your space? Color and texture affect people subliminally. It can affect productivity, mental well-being, and physical comfort. This package is designed to help you get a positive outcome from the finishes you select.

• (1) 1-hour consultation
• Wall finish and color recommendations
• Flooring recommendations
• (1) 1-hour presentation
• Basic finish plan
• Finish specifications

Pricing: $0.85 sq. ft.

Extras:

• As always, fit plans are $0.15 a foot!*
• Simply need paint selections?  $125 per 2 colors.
• Furniture selection: Please call for a project scope consultation.
